Tax and Legal Matters

1. We undertake to represent our client’s companies concerning tax issues and prepare and submit tax reports
2. We will advise all clients as to what has to be done to be in full compliance with Cypriot and EU laws
3. We will prepare and file quarterly VAT returns, and monthly online VIES returns where applicable
4. We will review and prepare annual Tax returns and undertake tax payments
